Billing and Insurance

Our clinic participates with most major insurance plans which includes but is not limited to the following:

  • Medicare
  • Medicaid of NC
  • Tricare
  • Doctor’s Direct Healthcare
  • Medcost BCBS of NC
  • Cigna
  • United Healthcare
  • Wellpath
  • State Employees Health Plan

Copayments and all other patient balances must be collected at the time of service. Payment for services not covered by your health plan is your responsibility. If you are unable to pay large balances all at once, our staff will be happy to assist you with payment arrangements. We accept payment by cash, check, debit card, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. For your convenience, you may also pay your bill online through our Web site.

If we do not participate with your insurance plan, we will file your claim as a courtesy to you; however, payment is due in full at the time of service. If you have questions about whether we participate with your health insurance plan, please contact our billing office at (910) 484-2171 ext. 509.

If your health plan requires authorization to be treated, please bring it with you to your appointment. If you do not have the necessary referral, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
